Product Description

1. Type: Multi-layer compound co-extruded casing made from polyamide and polyolefine.

 

2. Application: For cooked and boiled sausages, round sausages, moulded ham.

 

3. Characteristics: The casing is smooth and tidy on the surface after stuffing and has a long shelf life. The shrinkage can be changed according to requirements. Ideal for moulded applications.

 

4. Advantage: Good diameter consistency. Good barrier properties prevent loss of flavour, colour and weight. Extremely stong in filling and clipping, suitable for all clipping systems.

 

5. Colours: Transparent, red, white, brown, black, yellow, blue, green, purple, etc., more than 150 kinds of colours.

 

6. Print: The casing can be printed in multicolour upon requests.

 

7. Flat width: 30MM-350MM

 

8. Processing : Soak for 5 minutes in cold water (approx. 18-25 °C) or be filled without soaking. Clip tightly so that clip can not slip. Do not prestick. Keep dry and cool for reeled casings with external package.
