Product Description
|
Heat sealing film is a type of packaging material used to create airtight seals around products,
protecting them from moisture, contamination and spoilage. Our die cut heat sealing aluminum foil lids
and laminated lidding films are specially designed for honey containers, yogurt cups, sauces and other
food applications. The aluminum foil layer delivers strong barrier properties, while the PET/AL/PE,
PET/AL/PP or PET/AL/PS structures ensure excellent sealing performance and peelability.
The foil lids feature good sealing strength with flat and tight seams, are leakage resistant, and enable
vivid, bright colour printing up to 10 colours. They are suitable for PP, PS and PE cups and containers.
Made from recyclable aluminum foil structures, these lids help conserve the environment while protecting
your products.

Processing & Usage
|
1) Filling: Fill honey, yogurt, sauce or other products into clean cups, trays or containers.
2) Lid placement: Place the die-cut aluminum foil lid or lidding film accurately on the cup rim.
3) Heat sealing: Use a heat sealing machine to seal at approx. 180–250°C, depending on the
material of the cup (PP/PS/PE) and line conditions, to form a secure, airtight seal.
4) Vacuum option: For vacuum sealing applications, evacuate the air before final sealing to
enhance shelf life and product protection.
5) Cooling: Allow sealed containers to cool naturally or with controlled cooling before
secondary packing, storage or cold-chain distribution.
6) Storage: Packed products can be stored at low temperature; the film offers freeze resistance
down to -40°C and helps prevent ice crystal formation and dehydration.
7) Opening: Consumers can easily peel off the lid without tools, enjoying convenient and clean
access to the contents.
