Heat Sealing Peelable Customized Logo Printing Transparent Lidding Film is a specialized packaging
film commonly used in food, pharmaceutical and related industries. It combines several key features,
including strong heat sealability, peelable convenience, high barrier performance and customized logo
printing, to create both functional and visually attractive packaging.
The film adheres well to container rims, forming a secure airtight seal that protects products from
moisture, contamination and spoilage. At the same time, its peelable design allows consumers to open
the package easily without tools. High transparency makes the contents clearly visible, supporting
premium product presentation and brand communication through multi-colour printing.

Processing & Usage
|
1) Filling: Load food or pharmaceutical products into trays, containers or cups as required.
2) Film application: Place the transparent lidding film over the tray/cup sealing area, ensuring
clean and dry sealing surfaces.
3) Heat sealing: Seal at approx. 180–250°C depending on tray or cup material and machine settings
to create a firm, airtight seal within the wide sealing temperature range.
4) Vacuum or MAP (optional): For vacuum or modified atmosphere packaging, evacuate air or gas-flush
before final sealing to enhance shelf life and product protection.
5) Cooling & secondary packing: Allow sealed packs to cool, then proceed with secondary packing,
case packing or palletizing for distribution.
6) Storage: Suitable for chilled and frozen storage; the film resists moisture and dust and remains
stable down to -40°C.
7) End-user opening: Consumers can easily peel off the lid along the edge, enjoying clean, safe and
convenient access to the product inside.
