Product Description
PVDC casings provide best-in-class oxygen and moisture barrier to slow oxidation and dehydration, preserving flavor and extending shelf life.
High shrink (~20%) forms a tight, premium look after steaming or boiling. Up to 9-color printing enables vivid branding that remains durable through processing.

Processing & Usage
1) Stuffing: Form sheet into tube on dedicated equipment; add easy-tear strip if required. Tight fill and use non-slip clips.
2) Thermal: Steam/boil to target core temperature; barrier and shrink produce a tight surface.
3) Cooling: Use controlled shower cycles (e.g., 2 min on / 3 min off) or continuous shower until stabilized.
4) Storage: Avoid strong airflow immediately after heating; allow full cooling before refrigeration. Finished product can be frozen.
