KTPACK PVDC ultra-barrier casings are engineered for cooked and steamed sausage categories. The very low WVTR and excellent oxygen barrier help suppress oxidation and moisture loss to extend shelf life and preserve flavor. With ~20% shrink, products achieve a tight, uniform finish after thermal processing. OEM flexographic printing (up to 9 colors) turns the casing into a powerful branding surface while maintaining protection.

Usage Instructions
|
1) Tubing/Stuffing: Sheet-to-tube forming; optional easy-tear strip inside. Stuff tightly and secure with non-slip clips.
2) Thermal Processing: Steam/boil/smoke to target core temperature; casing shrinks stably without bursting.
3) Cooling/Shrink Set: Prefer gradual or intermittent showering (e.g., 2-min on / 3-min off) until shape stabilizes; avoid strong direct airflow immediately after heating.
4) Storage: Refrigerate/freeze only after full cooling to minimize wrinkling.
5) Peeling: Easy-peel structures can be customized for fast removal and smooth surface.
