Product Description
The multilayer PA/PE construction provides excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability. During steaming, boiling or smoking, the casing shrinks uniformly to create a tight, smooth finish with fewer wrinkles and air gaps. The high barrier structure helps retain flavor and extend shelf life. Designed for automated, high-throughput production.
Material & Structure
Multilayer PA/PE composite (with optional tie/protective layers) for high tensile strength, puncture/tear resistance and heat stability. Optional internal slip layer for clean peeling. Food-contact inks with accurate registration for durable printing.

Processing & Usage
1) Pre-soak/Conditioning: soak in cold water ~30 min.
2) Stuffing: fill snugly; +5–8% over nominal caliber; non-slip clips.
3) Thermal Processing: steam/boil/smoke to trigger uniform shrink.
4) Cooling: intermittent shower (2 on / 3 off) or continuous ~20 min; control stress to avoid wrinkles.
5) Storage: avoid direct fan airflow immediately after cooking; freeze finished products if needed.
6) Peelability: optional internal slip layer for clean removal; or keep integral by design.
