Custom printed synthetic sausage casings enhance on-shelf visibility by placing your logo and product information directly on the casing surface. Built with food-grade PA/PE multilayer structure, they provide excellent oxygen and moisture barrier, controlled shrink, and consistent caliber for premium presentation. Suitable for steaming, boiling and smoking processes, and compatible with automated, high-throughput lines.

Material & Structure
|
|
Multilayer polyamide (PA) co-extruded with polyethylene (PE) to form a composite film featuring high tensile strength, puncture/tear resistance and thermal stability. Optional internal slip layer enables clean peeling if required.

Processing & Usage
|
|
1) Pre-soak: soak shirred or cut pieces in cold water for ~30 minutes.
2) Stuffing: fill snugly; target +5–8% over nominal; non-slip clips.
3) Cooking: steam or water cook to the desired internal temperature.
4) Cooling: intermittent shower cycles (2 on / 3 off) to ~115–118°F, or continuous ~20 min.
5) Storage: avoid direct fan airflow right after cooking; fast cooling may cause wrinkles; finished goods can be frozen.
6) Peeling: optional internal slip layer for clean removal, or keep casing integral as designed.
