Our big size diameter logo-printed disposable plastic sausage casings are designed for large-caliber lines where branding, hygiene and performance converge. As a seasoned casing company and reliable sausage casing supplier, we provide PA/PE multilayer artificial casings with strong mechanical strength, controlled shrinkage and excellent moisture/oxygen barrier. Advanced water-based flexographic printing (up to 6 colors) keeps graphics clear through steaming, boiling or smoking.

Processing & Usage

1) Soaking: Soak shirred or cut pieces in cold water for ~30 minutes.
2) Stuffing: Fill tightly, 5–8% over nominal caliber; use non-slip clips.
3) Thermal Processing: Steam/boil/smoke to target core temperature without bursting.
4) Cooling: Prefer shower cooling; avoid strong direct airflow immediately after cooking.
5) Storage: Fully cool before refrigeration/freezing to reduce wrinkles.
6) Peelability: Optional peelable inner layer available on request.
