KTPACK plastic sausage casings are multilayer PA/PE synthetic casings engineered for cooked and smoked lines.
They deliver uniform wall thickness, dependable shrink and robust barrier to preserve flavor and freshness.
OEM flexographic printing (up to six colors) turns each casing into a brand carrier for sausages, luncheon meats, bologna/mortadella, and cheese.

Processing & Usage
|
1) Soaking: Soak shirred or cut casings in cold water for ~30 minutes.
2) Stuffing: Fill tightly, 5–8% over nominal caliber; clip firmly with non-slip clips.
3) Thermal Processing: Steam/boil/smoke to target core temperature without bursting.
4) Cooling: Prefer intermittent shower cooling; avoid strong direct airflow immediately after cooking.
5) Storage: Fully cool before refrigeration/freezing to prevent wrinkles.
6) Peelability: Optional peelable construction available on request.
