KTPACK edible collagen casings deliver consistent diameter control for even frying and a neat look. Designed for industrial stuffing speed with reliable clipping and linking. Ideal for fried sausages, and also compatible with smoked & wind-dry processes.
Usage Instructions
1) Open bag: Remove casings; do not soak (soaking may weaken the casing).
2) Stuffing: Load on a straight stuffing horn with correct OD; apply only light resistance.
3) Linking: Slight under-stuff helps twisting; casings “wet-out” as they set with meat.
4) Use: Edible type — no peeling required prior to consumption.
5) Storage: Keep unused casings refrigerated in the resealable pack.
