Designed for industrial stuffing speed and efficient clipping, they support fresh, smoked and dried recipes. Standard supply is edible collagen; request non-edible collagen if your process requires later peeling.

Usage Instructions
|
1) Open bag: Remove casings; do not soak (soaking may weaken structure).
2) Stuffing: Use a straight stuffing horn with correct OD; apply only light resistance.
3) Linking: Slight under-stuff for easy twisting; casings “wet-out” as they set with meat.
4) Processing: Suitable for fresh and smoked; edible type does not require peeling.
5) Storage: Keep unused casings refrigerated in the resealable pack.
