Product Description
KTPACK HALAL certified collagen casings deliver consistent caliber control and an enjoyable edible bite. Designed for industrial stuffing speed and efficient clipping, they support fresh, smoked and dried recipes. Standard supply is edible collagen; request non-edible collagen if your process requires later peeling.
Usage Instructions
1) Open bag: Remove casings; do not soak (soaking may weaken structure).
2) Stuffing: Use a straight stuffing horn with correct OD; apply only light resistance.
3) Linking: Slight under-stuff for easy twisting; casings “wet-out” as they set with meat.
4) Processing: Suitable for fresh and smoked; edible type does not require peeling.
5) Storage: Keep unused casings refrigerated in the resealable pack.
