Material & Structure
|
|
Multilayer co-extruded PA/PE with optimized barrier layers provides mechanical strength, heat resistance and oxygen/moisture protection. Tailored thickness and shrink allow stable processing on modern filling lines.

Processing & Usage
|
|
1) Soaking: Soak shirred or cut casings in cold water for about 30 minutes before stuffing.
2) Stuffing: Fill tightly; target 5–8% over nominal caliber. Use secure non-slip clips.
3) Cooking: Steam, boil or smoke to the required core temperature.
4) Cooling: Use intermittent showering (2 min on / 3 min off) or continuous shower ~20 min; avoid rapid direct airflow.
5) Storage: Do not place hot products directly in strong airflow; excessive rapid cooling may cause wrinkles. Finished products can be chilled or frozen.
