Customized Logo Printed Colourful Sausage Casings act as a protective, brandable outer shell for sausage mixtures. The multilayer PA/PE construction offers excellent mechanical strength and barrier properties, while high-quality flexo printing turns each casing into an effective marketing surface, combining product protection with on-pack communication.

Material & Structure
|
|
Multilayer polyamide (PA) with PE/barrier layers provides toughness, controlled shrinkage and reliable performance in steam, boil or smoke cycles; suitable for high-speed industrial production.

Processing & Usage
|
|
1) Pre-soak: soak shirred or cut casings in cold water for about 30 minutes.
2) Stuffing: fill tightly; target 5–8% over nominal caliber; use secure, non-slip clips.
3) Cooking: steam or water cook to required core temperature for proper shrink fit.
4) Cooling: use gentle or intermittent shower cooling; avoid immediate strong airflow to reduce wrinkles.
5) Storage: cool thoroughly before refrigeration or freezing to maintain a smooth surface.
