Processing & Usage

3) Cooking: Steam or water cook to required core temperature; suitable for high-temperature processes.
4) Cooling: Use intermittent or continuous showering; avoid direct strong airflow or shock cooling to reduce wrinkles.
5) Storage: Cool to stable temperature before refrigeration or freezing; finished products can be frozen.
6) Peelability: Optional internal slip layer available for easy peeling upon request.
