KTPACK high-shrink, big-size flexographic printed casings are engineered for premium large-caliber products (e.g., beef or chicken mortadella). Multilayer PA/PE film delivers strong barrier, consistent wall thickness and reliable shrink behavior. OEM printing supports eye-catching branding without sacrificing performance.

Processing & Usage

1) Soaking: Soak shirred or cut casings in cold water for ~30 minutes.
2) Stuffing: Tight fill; aim 5–8% over nominal diameter; use non-slip clips.
3) Thermal: Steam/boil/smoke to target core temperature; casing shrinks smoothly.
4) Cooling: Prefer gradual/shower cooling; avoid strong airflow immediately after cooking.
5) Storage: Refrigerate/freeze only after full cooling to reduce wrinkles.
6) Peelability: Optional peelable construction available.
