Food-grade water-based inks deliver vivid graphics that withstand steaming, boiling and smoking without fading or peeling.
The synthetic structure ensures consistent wall thickness, strong mechanical strength and reliable heat-shrink behavior across batches.

Processing & Usage
|
1) Soaking: Soak shirred or cut casings in cold water for ~30 minutes.
2) Stuffing: Tight fill; target 5–8% over nominal diameter; avoid under-stuffing; clip firmly (non-slip).
3) Thermal: Steam/boil/smoke to target core temperature; casing shrinks uniformly without delamination.
4) Cooling: Use gradual/shower cooling; avoid direct strong airflow immediately after cooking.
5) Storage: Chill/freezing only after full cooling to prevent wrinkles.
6) Peelability: Optional peelable structure available on request.
