Usage Instructions
|
1) Soaking: Soak shirred sticks or cut pieces in cold water ~30 minutes per SOP.
2) Stuffing: Tight fill (~5–8% above nominal caliber) with non-slip clips; avoid underfill.
3) Thermal/Smoke: Steam/boil/smoke to target core temperature; stable shrink & color uptake.
4) Cooling: Prefer shower/intermittent cooling; avoid immediate strong airflow to reduce wrinkling.
5) Peeling: Peel after full cooling/setting for fast clean removal; compatible with high-speed peelers.
6) Storage: Chill/freeze only after fully cooled to maintain appearance.
