The permeable matrix supports even thermal processing and smoke penetration, while engineered peelability enables rapid, clean removal after cooling for glossy, uniform, skinless finishes and higher yields on industrial lines.

Usage Instructions
|
1) Soaking: Soak shirred sticks or cut pieces in cold water ~30 min (per SOP).
2) Stuffing: Tight fill (~5–8% above nominal caliber). Use non-slip clips.
3) Thermal/Smoke: Steam/boil/smoke to target core temp; casing shrinks evenly with stable color uptake.
4) Cooling: Prefer controlled shower/intermittent cooling; avoid immediate strong airflow to reduce wrinkling.
5) Peeling: Peel after full cooling/setting for fast clean removal; compatible with high-speed peelers.
6) Storage: Chill/freeze only after fully cooled to maintain appearance.
