The PA/PE multilayer design offers robust strength and controlled shrinkage while preserving juiciness and flavor.

Processing & Usage
|
1) Pre-soaking: For cut or non-shirred formats, soak in cold water ~30 minutes; most shirred sticks can load directly.
2) Stuffing: Slight overfill is recommended (about 5–8% above nominal diameter) for snug fill; avoid underfilling; use non-slip clips.
3) Thermal: Steam/boil/smoke to target core temperature; casing maintains form with minimal deformation.
4) Cooling: Prefer controlled shower cooling (e.g., 2 min on / 3 min off) until internal temp stabilizes (~115–118 °F), or shower continuously ~20 min.
5) Storage: Avoid strong direct airflow immediately after heating; cool fully before refrigeration to reduce wrinkles.
6) Peelability: Optional slip layer available for clean peeling as required.
