KTPACK food-grade polyamide fish sausage casings use a PA/PE multilayer structure to preserve juiciness and delicate seafood flavor while resisting oxygen and moisture ingress.
They stuff smoothly for a tight, uniform appearance and support vivid OEM printing that withstands cooking—ideal for retail-ready branding and premium fish sausage lines.

Processing & Usage
|
1) Pre-soaking: For cut or non-shirred formats, soak in cold water ~30 minutes; many shirred sticks can be loaded directly.
2) Stuffing: Tight fill; target ~5–8% over nominal diameter; use reliable non-slip clips.
3) Thermal: Steam/boil to target core temperature; printed graphics remain intact.
4) Cooling: Prefer controlled shower cooling (e.g., 2 min on / 3 min off) until internal temp stabilizes (~115–118 °F), or shower continuously ~20 min.
5) Storage: Avoid strong direct airflow immediately after heating; fully cool before refrigeration to reduce wrinkles.
6) Peelability: Optional internal slip layer available for clean peeling as required.
