KTPACK polyamide sausage casings are engineered for strong oxygen and moisture barrier performance.
The PA/PE co-ex structure (with optional EVOH) supports longer shelf life for fresh and frozen products such as minced meat and pet food chubs.
Casings stuff smoothly, maintain tight form after steaming/boiling/smoking, and support durable OEM printing for brand impact.

Processing & Usage
|
1) Soaking: For cut pieces, soak in cold water ~30 minutes; many shirred sticks can be loaded directly.
2) Stuffing: Tight fill; target ~5–8% over nominal diameter; clip firmly with non-slip clips.
3) Thermal: Steam/boil/smoke to target core temperature; graphics remain stable.
4) Cooling: Use controlled/shower cooling (e.g., 2 min on / 3 min off) until internal temp stabilizes, or shower continuously ~20 min.
5) Storage: Avoid strong direct airflow immediately after heating; fully cool before refrigeration to reduce wrinkles.
6) Peelability: Optional slip/peelable constructions available on request.
