Product Description
The High Shrinkage Customized Colourful Printed Plastic Casing for sausages is a multilayer PA/PE high-barrier casing engineered to shrink tightly around the product during thermal processing. It delivers full body appearance, improved sliceability and excellent shelf presentation. Colorful flexographic printing allows you to display brand logos, product details and promotions directly on the casing, turning each sausage into an effective marketing carrier while maintaining protection and performance.
Material & Structure
Multilayer PA/PE co-extruded structure with tuned shrinkage and barrier properties. High tensile and puncture resistance, excellent thermal stability, compatible with high-speed automatic stuffing lines. Optional color base film and inner/outer layers to support different process and peeling requirements.

Processing & Usage
1) Soaking: soak shirred or cut casings in cold water for approx. 30 minutes.
2) Stuffing: stuff firmly; target 5–8% over nominal caliber; clip tightly to avoid slippage.
3) Cooking: steam or water cook to desired core temperature according to your process curve.
4) Cooling: cool gradually; intermittent 2 min on / 3 min off showering or continuous shower ~20 min until target temperature.
5) Storage: avoid direct strong airflow right after cooking; excessive rapid cooling may cause wrinkles; finished products can be chilled or frozen.
