Product Description
Steam cooking sausage with customized logo polyamide printed casings is an advanced solution for modern meat processors. Multilayer PA/PE construction offers strong mechanical properties, controlled heat shrink and excellent barrier protection, while on-casing printing turns every sausage into a powerful branding surface for retail and foodservice markets.
Material & Structure
Multilayer PA/PE co-extruded film (optionally with tie/barrier/inner slip layers):
• High tensile strength & puncture resistance.
• Effective O₂/H₂O barrier to preserve color and flavor.
• Optional slip layer for easy peeling where required.

Processing & Usage Guidelines
1) Soaking: Soak shirred or cut casings in cold water for about 30 minutes.
2) Stuffing: Stuff firmly; target 5–8% over nominal diameter. Use tight, non-slip clips.
3) Cooking: Steam or water cook to the desired internal temperature.
4) Cooling: Prefer intermittent showering (2 min on / 3 min off) until 115–118°F (46–48°C), or continuous shower ~20 min.
5) Storage: Do not place hot product in direct airflow. Rapid cooling before proper set may cause wrinkles. Finished products may be frozen.
6) Peeling: With slip layer, casings can be cleanly peeled; or kept on if designed as non-edible decorative casing (label accordingly).
